Was this review helpful to you? 7 of 9 people found the following review helpful: kool, May 14, 2004 Reviewer: andreapuk from England this book was an interesting read from the moment space cowboy i opened to the first page. it takes the reader through many of the thoughts and feelings of a person who is considered overweight and consequently space cowboy is taken the mick out of. it shows the emotional journey of space cowboy an 'outcast' at school due to his weight, and proves that appearance isn't everything. i felt extremely sorry for Kelly as he has done no worng and yet is hated and treated differently. the book shows that anyone can be successful providing that they have the determination. i would reccomend this book to teenagers boys and girls aged 13-16. |
