For those who have been in a cave since 1959 here's the official instructions on how to do the perfect twist! 1. Get Chubby Checker playing in the background. 2. Stand with rock one leg slightly in front of your body 3. Start twisting your body from the hips until you are in time with the music. 4. Once you have mastered that (which may take some time) you can then endeavour to crouch rock down whilst twisting and then stand back up again.
